DMC BBQ is a family run business in Brighton, MA. Our family has been BBQin' for over twenty years and we love what we do! DMC BBQ was founded by Dave, Mike and Chris three brothers from Maine with a knack for entrepreneurial endeavors and a love for cooking and event planning!
Meet the Pit Crew:
David Jensen: David handles all the administrative functions of the business as well as a second set of hands behind "The Smoke Show" our 200 gallon trailer smoker! David's favorite items on our menu are the pulled pork and brisket!
Mike Walsh: Mike is first pit master who commits tons of his time, patience and cooking expertise to making each BBQ event finger lickin' good! Mike's favorite items on our menu are the Country Style Steak Tips and the Kansas Rubbed Ribs.
Chris Walsh: Chris is our second pit master who also commits loads of time to cooking up some of the best food North of the South! Chris' favorite items on our menu are the BBQ Chicken wings and the Spicy Cajun Sausage.
