To create excellent BBQ it takes time, patience, a little skill and good quality products.  At DMC we purchase all of our meats from local shops like Limerick Meats and Provisions; which guarantees quality and reasonable pricing.  While we are happy to cater an event with your choice of products we urge you to try ours as we choose nothing but the best and finest available!  All of our events are customized to meet your needs.  Use this menu as a starting point, but if you have other ideas or would like something not on the menu, contact us and we are happy to work with you!
